I purchased a Varsity Gold fundraising discount
card and was told there were additional savings on the website.
How do I access the additional savings?
It's easy! When you go to the home page on our website, you will
see two gray and black banners on the left side with yellow text.
One says "New Cardholder? Get Online Discounts," and has the word
REGISTER
on the right side of the banner. Click on the word
REGISTER
to register your new card. Once your discount card is
registered successfully, you will be directed to the online
savings website.
The other tab says "Already Registered? Login." When you
come back to our website, you can click directly on the
LOGIN text
to access your savings.

I bought a Varsity Gold fundraising discount card and tried to
register it, but I received an error that the card is already
registered. What do I do?
If the card appears to be registered in your name already, then
you may have accidentally pressed the "Submit" button twice on the
registration form. You may simply go to the
Login page
and access your savings using your card number.
If the card appears to be registered in someone else's name,
please contact us. We
can fix that very easily for you. Simply call Varsity Gold
toll free at 1-800-245-2093 between 8:00AM and 5:00PM MST, and let
us know your card number and what the problem is. We will
fix it over the phone with you and you will be able to register
your card and access your discounts right away.

I bought a Varsity Gold fundraising discount
card and tried to register it, but I receive an error that says
the card number is invalid. What's going on?
Before you register your card, please be sure that the Access logo
is on the back of it. Below is an example of the logo:

If you do not have this logo on your card, you purchased a card
that does not come with the online savings feature. If you
were told that your card included online savings, but it does not
have the Access logo on it, or your card does have the logo and
you still receive an error, please call our offices toll free at
1-800-245-2093 between 8:00AM and 5:00PM MST and we will work with
you to remedy the error.

I registered my discount card and tried to
login, but I am receiving a server error. What do I do?
If you have tried to login a few times and are still receiving an
error, please contact us toll free at 1-800-245-2093 between
8:00AM and 5:00PM MST, and we will track down the issue and help
you access your online savings.

fundraiser. How do I get more information about your
products?
Varsity Gold has local representatives across the United States
and parts of Canada who are ready to help you with your
fundraising needs. If you would like more information and
would like to be put in contact with your local representative,
please call Varsity Gold toll free at 1-800-245-2093 between
8:00AM and 5:00PM MST, and let us know your school or group's
location and zip code. We will put you in contact with the representative
in your area.

My child is supposed to sell a Varsity Gold
product for their school fundraiser. What is the deadline
for selling the product?
Varsity Gold school fundraisers are scheduled by the individual
school teams or groups coordinating the fundraiser. You will
need to contact the person at the school who is in charge of your
child's fundraiser with specific questions about the fundraising
deadlines.

How can I buy a Varsity Gold discount card?
Currently, the cards are only being sold through school teams,
groups and community organizations conducting fundraisers.
To purchase a card, you will need to know which school or group in
your area is using Varsity Gold products for their fundraiser.

5:00PM MST, and we can put you in touch with your local Varsity
Gold representative. They will be able to tell you if there
is a school or group in your area currently selling the Varsity
Gold discount fundraising cards.
