NOMINATE FOR 2006 AWARDS

Before nominating a coach or student for the 2006 Coaching Matters Awards, please read the Criteria for Nomination carefully.

An online nomination form is currently under development.  In the interim, you may nominate someone via email or US Postal delivery with the following information:

1. In the Subject line of the email or RE section of the letter, please note that this is a Nomination for the Coaching Matters Coach of the Year or Student of the Year award for 2006.

2. Verify that the person being nominated meets the qualifications listed in the Criteria for Nomination.

3. Give your name, address (no PO boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number.

4. Give your nominee's name, address (no PO boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number.

5. Attach a short essay either printed (mail) or in a Word document or PDF document format (email) detailing why this person should be considered for the Coach or Student of the Year award.

Please note that the nomination is subject to supporting documentation received from the nominee.
