Varsity Gold has established the Coaching
Matters Foundation to honor dedicated coaches for their endless
vision, countless hours, and personal commitment to enriching the
lives of young people. The Coaching Matters Foundation also
awards scholarships to student-athletes who choose to pursue
coaching or teaching as their chosen profession.
The Coach of the Year is presented with a
significant donation toward their athletic program. The Student of the
Year is awarded $5,000. Varsity Gold also provides separate
individual
student scholarship awards totaling more than $50,000 per year.
