APPLY FOR 2006 AWARDS

Before applying for the 2006 Coaching Matters Awards, please read the Criteria for Nomination carefully.

An online application form is currently under development.  In the interim, you may apply via email or US Postal delivery with the following information:

1. In the Subject line of the email or RE section of the letter, please note that this is an Application for the Coaching Matters Coach of the Year or Student of the Year award for 2006.

2. Verification that you meet the qualifications listed in the Criteria for Nomination

3. Give your name, address (no PO boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number and the name of your Varsity Gold representative (for coaches) or your Coach (for students).

4. Attach your essay in a Word document or PDF document format.

5. Note whether or not supporting documentation (letters of recommendation, etc.) are attached or will follow via email or US Postal delivery.

Please note that your application is tentative until all supporting documentation is received.
