CHOOSING THE RIGHT FUNDRAISER (Volume I, Issue I)

It's never too early to start thinking about your school or group fundraiser.  In fact, usually earlier is better.  If you are involved in school-related fundraisers, it's important to schedule your fundraiser as early as possible so that it doesn't conflict with the other teams and organizations in your area.

So how do you determine which fundraiser is the best for your group?  Ask yourself a few questions before choosing the right fundraiser for your fundraising product or program.

  1. What is your fundraiser for?  If you don't know why you're raising funds, then you won't know how much you need to raise or how urgent the need is.  The amount of money you need to raise can seriously effect the type of fundraiser you will want to get involved in. You will have difficulty choosing the right fundraiser if you don't have a specific goal in mind!
     

  2.
